Dasaru!!!! These are my opinions  

If the Anime Character wearing lolita dress that appeared to be the exact Lolita Fashion/Style/Design even same pattern as the exact one that we have seen before.
While group photo taking with cosplayers u can go because u're cosplaying as an Anime Character and while Lolita group photo u can go also because you're wearing 100% pure Lolita cultural materials/stuffs & even accessories.
But some cosplayers or non-cosplayers will think other ways, if the materials u used at your lolita dress was a bit too shining macam those fabric used at cosplay's suit they'll think that you have failed to be in Lolita Category LOL because of non proper material chosen for your costume.
Some thinks its true some just leave it be. Decision was on your side and others side as well.
In other words, if u can wear that costume out and back home without people talk bad about you and your costume, probably considered safe and proper LOL unless u hide inside the toilet for the whole day.

the term 'cosplay-lolita' shouldn't exist at all. Yes I know it is about a certain character who dress up/wearing lolita dresss, but overall that is still 'cosplay'.
