The back portion looks like a found part, possibly a cheap helmet, or a large plastic mixing bowl used for a tabletop mixer?

The front looks to be foam core or similar (looks too thick for styrene or other kinds of plastic); though I'm not sure if foam core can be made to bend so smoothly...never tried to bend foam core myself.

i bought mine at a local japanese store, its a simple black cotton grip gloves (i think they are meant for golfers who play golf for fun but not the professional type coz it only cost MYR5 each pair). consider loose for my fingers but at least they are fitted than any other gloves i can find in the market. u can get one like those boy/girl brigades use during parade marching but instead of white, try getting black ones.

I started work on a Flamer for the sister suit. Because it's such an iconic weapon of the sisterhood I felt I needed to have one, Raven is going to have like 5 or 6 weapons
when everything is done. I'm probly just ganna be walking behind her carring them all, lol  Crying

Anyway, check out the thread..

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, yes, the base of the helm is a plastic one which can be found online for about $5.00
I got mine for $.99 at a thrift store.

I have not had any progress on the flamer because I can not find a tank design I like. The one that's on there now is okay, but not perfect as I'd like... So I have started work on twin bolt pistols..

Where are some work in progress pics....

And a scale shot of the Laspistol I made some you have an idea of size

Ah, I didn't post the Laspistol here..here is a shot of my GF wearing the pistol and holster, it's for a female commissar costume

Great work Finnlock, as usual

How I wish we can freely buy full scale toy guns or airsoft guns here. It would help so much if we're able to cannibalize parts from a full size toy gun for parts, instead of having to scratch build everything...

If you need help getting the resin soaker I posted in Obscurus Crusade for your flame thrower tank, just send me a PM.  Smiley

Thanks for the links, I think the soaker is to heavy because it's solid.

I made some head way on the left bolt pistol yesterday,
The ejection button

The Shell ejection port

Got a lot more to do still,

I noticed that your foam core is not white, but brown; even at the edges. Has it already been painted, or do foram core come in various colors there?

Over here its only available in white.

Also may I ask what the shells are made of? Or did they come with the toy gun?

It's PVC expanded foam, it's simular to styrene but easier to work with and no toxic fuems when heated.

The shells are from one of the foam dart guns I started to make the flame thrower out of.

Today was a bad day for me, I worked on the pistol and it did not come out well. I am not happy about it.

The barrel is not the one I will use for the finished gun.
