I don't know who is Sharon, but if she's game, we are game. And by we I mean the W40K club.

need some one with a cold look or a MOE-ness sister? Drooling Horny
What the ninja does MOE means anyway?

Back to the topic, I'm more than willing to rally some CSP members of the W40K community to help out in any possible way that does not involve us ripping our innards out and hang 'em out in a bile-drenched bowl to appease some sun god.

I didn't mean imply that female CSP cosplayers cannot say no (believe me, it is not in my intention at all), but merely beseeching to said audience to think thoroughly of my proposal of collaboration before saying noooooOOoooo~~~.

So yes, those of you uninterested may say no. If this thread fell into silence after a period of time, I'll take that as (sadly) as a gentle 'No...'

As for Sharon, I believe that she isn't really a member of CSP, though maybe a member of KKCC. I don't know these things. Only Dizzy/IRTea could confirm.

The armour would not be that hard to work on. We can use plastic and mold and shape it. Then spray it to make it look like the Sister of Battle armor. Details shouldn't be that hard either if you just use clay to shape em (like the nuts pieces) then bake and glue it to the armor. The challenge would be making the inside comfotable.
The weapons again is easy to make using props method. I'll maybe start a thread on this soon once I have enough info to share.
Using polymer like the ones for shin guards will make the armour very durable yet very light. As for shaping the plastic, there are many methods, 'll try to find a cost effective ones for you guys to use.

I know a little bit about this stuff coz I used to participate in the Young Inventors competition every year. So I learn a lot from my seniors.

I'm sorry, but you guys can't simply say 'who is the best candidate to cosplay as this chara'.

we can't decide this or that person is the best candidate, since cosplay is to cosplay as a character you like, unless you are paid to cosplay I don't know.

so I hope you guys can stop saying who is the best candidate to cosplay as this certain chara.

let's just see who wants/willing to cosplay this chara for now.
